• Undergraduates – a full tuition fee waiver plus a grant for living costs of £11,500 for each year of study.
• Undergraduate students will also receive a £2000 Access to Exeter Bursary during each year of study
• Doctorate Students (STEM disciplines) – a full tuition fee waiver plus an annual living cost grant of £18,622*.  A research allowance of £5000 per year will also be paid.  All funding will normally be for a maximum of 3.5 years.
• Doctorate Students (HASS disciplines) -a full tuition fee waiver plus an annual living cost grant of £18,622*.  A research allowance of £750 per year will also be paid. All funding will normally be for a maximum of 3 years.

2. They hold Limited Leave to Remain in the UK and do not qualify for Student Finance England funding.
3. They’ve been granted ‘Humanitarian Protection’ or Refugee status in the UK but are ineligible for Student Finance England funding.
4. They’ve left care in the UK, are assessed as international for tuition fees, and are not eligible for Student Finance England funding.
5. (For postgraduate research applicants) They’ve received refugee status* from the UK Home Office.
6. They are a family member with ‘in line’ or ‘dependent’ status of someone with the specified immigration statuses.

Programs Eligible for Sanctuary Scholarship: Sanctuary Scholarship applications are accepted for the following programs:

1. Full-time undergraduate degree programs
2. Full-time Doctorate level programs (e.g., PhD, EngD, EdD)

Ineligible Programs: Please note that Sanctuary Scholarship funding is not available for the following:

1. BMBS Medicine, due to an NHS-imposed cap on home student admissions that cannot be breached.
2. Any taught or research Masters programs (e.g., MA, MSc, MPhil, MbyRes).
