Work Schedule: Crew hours to work on props Monday thru Friday from 2:00 pm – until 5:00pm for the months from September until November. 

Desired Length of Employment: September until November

Pay Rate: $8.00

Job Description: Student Prop Crew members for All-University Sing manage, monitor and communicate about the props (properties) and backdrops utilized by student-performers in All-University Sing. Prop Crew members are responsible for helping to move and store props as they are used during each rehearsals and show, as well as assist with their delivery and strike. Prop Crew members also assist professional staff in scheduling and oversight of repairs to props made by student-performers. 

  • Perform duties and responsibilities for respective area within Performing Arts  
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients  
  • Assist with various projects, activities or tasks related to Performing Arts  
  • Exhibit a willingness to take initiative and work independently and collaboratively 
  • Ability to comply with University policies  
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance

Job Description: 1. Provide support to faculty and staff in a range of social media marketing projects.  Coordinate with faculty and staff on preparing, scheduling, and posting social media content. This includes capturing stories about our graduate and undergraduate students, managing social media accounts, content creation, and design work.  The ideal candidate is motivated, proactive, organized, social media-savvy, and creative.  

2. •   Develop social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness.
•   Create captivating content for an organization’s social media sites, which may include writing 
       short articles, posts, and preparing multimedia content.
•   Stay up to date with the latest social media trends.
•   Independently create social media posts and monitor comments
•   Be responsible for ensuring marketing content adheres to branding guidelines to comply with 
       university policies.
•   Establish and maintain positive relationship with administrative team. 
•   Have experience with tools and platforms related to content creation and social media.
•   Be able to manage multiple projects successfully.
•   Provide excellent customer service to constituents.
•   Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
