Summary:

Provides support to students enrolled in the Graduate School of Business. International Business or Finance curriculum students will be given preference based on their academic and need criteria. The awards may be presented to other graduate students enrolled in the Graduate School of Business if there are no students who are deserving or needy majoring in the indicated subject areas.

Li Xu (aka Oscar) was part of the class of 1984 at SNHU when this fund was established in his memory. Student Jobs

The maximum number of hours a full-time student can work on campus is 20 hours per week while classes are in session and he or she is in lawful F-1 or J-1 status. Students who are international students in the F-1 category are eligible for extending their student status after they graduate, allowing them to continue working in the United States for up to 12 months after they graduate (and up to 36 months in some cases, such as those relating to science). It is possible for J-1 international students to extend their student status while in the US so that they may work in the country for up to 18 months, or for the duration of their complete course of study if they are enrolled in an academic program that is less than 18 months. In every state in the country, students are able to find full-time, full-paying jobs related to their course of study that is in demand by employers.
